Can you explain more about the "inversion.txt" in the 1_QC_GWAS folder

Thank you for your tutorial in advance. I have some confusion about the "inversion.txt" in the 1_QC_GWAS folder. I know it is for excluding high inversion regions. However, where is the "inversion.txt" come from? Since there are many other regions of high linkage disequilibrium, why you just choose these regions? Can you give some more detailed explanation here? Thank you~
