Update GTX SCP Method to be Universal/T17 Wishlist to Change Server Name via RCON

Some most likely other providers use SCP. You can modify the GTX gaming function for server name updates to be universal. An example configuration would be.

SERVER_SCP_IP="192.168.0.1"
SERVER_USERNAME="scpuser"
SERVER_PASSWORD="scppass"
SERVER_DIRECTORY="directory_where_hll_config_file"

This would provide a method that isn't specific to GTX.

The real problem is AFAIK GTX is the only GSP that allows remote access.

If any other provider allows access I'd be happy to make some updates to make it more general.

A more useful thing for everyone would be being able to set the server name via RCON since that would be provider independent, I'll see about getting that on our wishlist as well.

It makes no sense to make it generic when only one provider allows SCP access to the server config. We use GTX and have noticed that they give you access to lots of f items.

Where is the wish list? Might be good to keep track of the requests somewhere, especially the ones where T17 has said that it's never going to happen.
