Adding 5% EA sale tax to prices

I have only recently come across your plugin and it has been superb!

Seeing which prices are cheaper than FUT saves to much time (would be nice to compare current bid instead of BIN but that's easy enough to work out).

What I am seeing is that when matching something that's cheaper (highlighted), there doesn't seem to be much consideration in regards to the 5% EA tax when selling a player. I have found some players aren't worth buy as it would work out you would lose some money if you bought it.

Suggestions for implementation

What I am thinking is when comparing the BIN price to the FUT price, so add 5% onto the BIN before the comparion
