Filter for Ratings

we talked during the day about the option to filter Players by their Rating, especially usefull for incomming Squad Building Challenges. I think that would be a usefull option for everyone.

I think that a Rare Filter should also be added due to the fact that some SBC's require Rare players :)

UI: appear on the screen after you add player on an sbc. An input box that lets you put a rating. or maybe two for max and min.

Implementation: A few binary search on buckets since club search results are partially sorted by rating. Rare players, nonrares and untradeables.
