Jump to start of GPX track upon adding layer

Perhaps 99% of users want to go to the beginning of the GPX track that they just added (via the Layers menu.)

Well perhaps have a Preference to do just that.

It will save them from needing to choose the track's three dot menu and then find Go to Start of GPX Track.

Hmm, but other users might always want to go to the first waypoint instead. Therefore perhaps have both Preferences!
