Add minimum line width Preference

In Advanced Preferences we see:

Max line width Maximum width lines will increase to when zooming in. Default: 16 pixels.

Okay that's great but they're probably should also be a minimum line with when zooming out!

I can hardly see these lines: And that is with all backgrounds turned off. You can imagine how much harder it is with backgrounds turned on.
