Select item: distinguish identical entries

Perhaps identical entries should have a little more information somehow added. Or I suppose one just could try each one. But that might become a nightmare if there's several of them.

Or maybe we could see them with different colors around them on the map in the background, and different colors in the choice list.

Or maybe numbers pointing to them in the background, with numbers in the choice list.

(Toughest case: a way folded over on itself: Point A to point B to point A! Even if

• (A to B)
• (B to A)

node number messages were added, we are still selecting the whole way anyway.) (OK, in such cases we wouldn't probably see two items anyway. So we are looking at two independent ways above.)
