Add dropdowns with tag information for "re-survey" entries, add enable/disable

It would make adding an entry slightly easier if we would provide a dropdown with top-level keys and corresponding values. Further being able to disable individual values would be useful.

The enable/disable option, is that supposed to be added to the drop-down showcasing the values for the given key or is it supposed to be for each resurvey list option already present in the database given by R.id.listViewResurvey.
