How to build data?

The paper provides datasets to readers,while it doesn't tell us how to build data.For example,I want to imitate the format of MSVD to build my own data. I have raw videos and annotations of MSVD,but I don't know the methods to process the data.Colud you tell us how to process data?Thanks a lot!

I have the same problem. I have checked the most of the extracted data, but still don't know what's the actual meaning or how it was extracted. Especially the linguistic part.
