Loaded SVG data gets replicated thousand times ( as many as you typed in editor )

I've seen the SVG node disappear in editor after some time, only right side code editor working fine This leads to strange behaviors most of the time. Although I was able to prove that my code is working fine and not in a loop by using console.log in multiple points of the code, after some time, the loaded svg starts getting "replicated".

Thius is my svg data:

The I load and insert the same SVG for each dataset ( multiple switches ).
