Could you please elaborate on the title "Add files via upload". I don't see a reason why the repo should take custom single SVG creations as PR. Thx in advance

I suspect this part of the readme is the reason this PR was submitted: https://github.com/MarcusCalidus/marcuscalidus-svg-panel#adding-your-own-svg-repository

It made it seem like you had to fork to use an SVG that didn't come with the repo (when you can actually just paste it in), and that it was polite to submit them back upstream if appropriately licensed.
