Provide a way to generate output for loading entities

I want to batch load people entities into Islandora. Scholar's CSV entity importer seems to come with a lot of caveats and AFAICT you can't load thumbnails using it. I've tried loading a few MADS.xml files using Islandora Batch but that didn't work well (maybe I missed something) but my Batch With Derivs module worked great. I'm going to try to use the MIK Templated toolchain to generate the MADS.xml and report back.
