Wiki: add downloadable example .ini files for each toolchain

Wiki pages for each toolchain contain example config settings that can be copied and added to a .ini file. This is useful, but more user-friendly would be to also include a link to download a complete example.ini file with all common settings and required entries.

This would save a lot of time and confusion, particularly in cases like today's work with Carly.
