Any chance you could give me a workaround for this? Seriously, people have a right to access you site, and it's being violated by the government(s). I'm in the U.S., if you want to know.

The italian DPA stated very cleary that the service is not legitimate in Europe then, as an european citizen, I can't operate it. I'm not risking huge fines for a service like this; the only entity that could (and should) do it is Facebook. It's not my job.

No, no one ever had and never will have the right to access my free website. Citing the LICENSE: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND; it's deleterious to think that you have a right to access a public service, free of charge.

I'm just saying that the European governments shouldn't have any say over whether or not you can operate your site. Seriously, people should be allowed to operate sites, regardless of their content (I think it's unfair that we can't). The only exception would be that child abuse stuff shouldn't be hosted. Everything else should be covered under free speech rights. Seriously, what would it take to get the DPA to unblock your site?

This has nothing to do with free speech. Regardless, we don't want (nor have) to host this website, since we follow European laws. If you'd like to use the website, you're more than welcome to fork the repositories and host it yourself, since everything is open source.
