bootstrap.php question

how is it possible that behat is picking up the bootstrap.php file?

i am doing the same and just running

behat vendor/PHPAutotest/demo/Behat/features/minesweeper.feature

behat from pear and get:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'MineSweeper\Stenciler' not found in /home/cordoval/sites-2/FormModelProjectBundle/vendor/PHPAutotest/demo/Behat/features/bootstrap/FeatureContext.php on line 92
