Ok - The docs for the `next` package also [point to the docs site](https://github.com/netlify/next-runtime/blob/main/packages/next/README.md?plain=1#L30) from the README. It feels like that should still be the source of truth.

Closing this as we won't be fixing in the `v4` runtime.

@patlx - Have you got a minimal reproduction for this issue?

If you are able to have a simple workflow and sub-workflow as JSON files that recreate the bug then that would be helpful.
