@Jaiganeshkumaran what is the version you're running? It should be fixed

@MarcAnt01 I'm able to save to other folders but not to the Box folder. The version is 1.1.1.0

Do you mean 1.4.1?

MarcAnt01 avatar Nov 28 '20 13:11 MarcAnt01

@MarcAnt01 I don't know since the version from MS store doesn't seem to have an about button. Maybe I'm running an older version but I checked for updates and it doesn't show a newer version of Fluent Screen Recorder. I just saw the version in Apps & features and it says 1.1.1.0

Well latest version is of 1.4.3

@Jaiganeshkumaran that's a 4 months old version 😓

For some reason, store is not updating this app alone, I'm uninstalling it and downloading the latest version

Ok, let me know if you still have this issue

@MarcAnt01 Latest version doesn't crash but it doesn't seem to save in the Box folder. File Explorer shows 0 bytes
