ffmpeg of version 2023 works very badly on my computer

After upgrade ffmpeg from version in 2019 to version in 2023, screen recording becomes very bad on my poor computer:

1. File size of version 2023(120m+) is 2 times of version 2019(60m+)
2. Version 2023 does not accept my nvenc while version 2019 gets it smoothly(at least no error)
