Improve `App.Mirror` Camera / `Snaps` Mobile Experience

The current UX of taking Snaps / Photos on Mobile is not great.

It seems to be mostly CSS related. All the actual interactions are mostly working as intended.

We'll want to have the default camera view on Mobile be larger. The camera controls also need to be enlarged. It also seems that camera select dropdown is not rendering / rendering off screen for mobile? Wasn't able to switch cameras while using Mobile.
