Add Volume Slider Control to top right of screen

If a Buddy Clicks on the Top Right Navigation Bar Sound Icon there should be a popup menu which shows a Volume Slider Control.

Currently, if a Buddy Clicks on the Top Right Navigation Bar Sound Icon the Desktop will toggle between muting audio on and off.

The Buddy should be able to both easily toggle mute setting, as well as control overall Desktop Volume using a Volume Slider Control.

We now have a volume slider control in the menubar. The UX and UI are looking OK, there is still room for improvements.

The volume slider should function better on mobile and render better on desktop if the browser window size is too small.

If anyone wishes to make improvements feel free to test out the new volume slider and hop on the issue.
