Add ability to specify audio device while on Video calls

There is a drop down in the Video Chat App that allows for specifying your audio device.

Right now, it does not actually change the audio device.

The correct behavior is that the audio device should change mid-stream. We should be able to re-use the same logic we have for swapping cameras.
