Zoom issue when filtering by tags

Steps:

1. Start zoomed into a circle in the main circle view
2. Switch to expanded view
3. Click zoom fit to see the whole map
4. Filter the map by some tags

Maptio will then zoom back in to the circle you were last looking at.

Let's only fix if it's quick - not catastrophic and only happening if these particular steps are followed.
