Consider replacing email provider
We've recently had numerous requests to resend invitations as emails haven't been reaching people. This was largely coming from one organisation - European Chemicals Agency - it seemed that their servers were blocking our emails. This turned out to be true - their servers identified our emails as spam. They also super generously provided an explanation as to why that was happening, all available here: https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/q3x5lnhp/inbox/inbox/all/conversations/106323200001474
We're currently still using Amazon SES in Safiyya's AWS account. Sadly, we concluded it'll be easier for me to set up a new SES account than it would be to navigate the maze that is the permissions system in AWS. So, we could set up a new SES account... However, I'm also tempted to try a dedicated email provider - Sendgrid or Mailgun instead! Perhaps one of the ones that are already easy to add from Heroku? It'd be good to get a handle on email and make sure that we're doing everything for our emails to not be classified as spam!
I should also add that I even had one Maptio intercom email classified as spam by gmail, ouch!

This might also be another instance of the issue - this time with the old @mac.com email address: https://app.intercom.com/a/inbox/q3x5lnhp/inbox/shared/all/conversation/106323200015658?view=List
(Though it's worth noting we haven't confirmed the exact nature of the problem in the issue as there was a simple workaround.)
