In the directory view show helper tab by default if user is not a source
Description
In the directory view, we always show the lead tab first, even if someone isn't a lead, but is a contributor. Perhaps we should only show the lead tab as opened if someone is a lead?

Another issue that isn't urgent but might be worth considering: On the Directory > People > [person] page, the display defaults to "lead" (or whatever the term is). For people who aren't leads for any circles, it says "Not a lead yet".
This may come across as encouraging to some but shaming to others. If it were me, I'd set the display to default to "lead" only for people who lead one or more circles. Otherwise, let it default to "contributor". Indeed, you might not show a "lead" tab in that case. Likewise, you could show only a "lead" tab for someone who was only a lead.
To reproduce
- Go to directory view and click on a few people until you find someone who is not yet a lead in any circles, but is a contributor.
- You should see that the "Not a lead yet" message is shown.
Instead, if someone isn't a lead, we should be defaulting to opening the "contributor" tab instead.
+1 to this from recent onboarding, where the person commented on how it seems that the current phrasing "not a lead yet" gives the impression that there is a baked-in assumption about being a lead vs being just a contributor (that the former is better than the latter...)
