For WGS84, the exterior should be counterclockwise and holes should be clockwise.

It creates uncertainty on the other projections.

I think there should be some treatment of the model, especially since with the y axis in tcrs pointing down the page it can be very confusing. The treatment should ideally solve the confusion, if that’s possible. To discuss with Joan.
