Please clarify the reference system of the <bbox> element.

Per change requests to MapML from the OGC Testbed 13 Engineering Report.

Please clarify the reference system of the element. I believe it is "tilematrix coordinates" but there is no way to be sure with the current text.

No, it should be gcrs coordinates per the <coordinates> content.

I had forgotten that this was in the spec (it comes from GeoJSON), and it can be complex due to issues identified there, so maybe we need to re-consider if it is essential.
