Many <input type="zoom" ...>s should be allowed

Since there can be different link templates within an extent, it stands to reason that they should be allowed to have a different input each for zoom, not as much so that they can have a different name (though they can) but mostly so that they can have different min/max values based on the link template (and therefore, the map service/resource) they are bound to.
