Cannot manually draw route on course with no splits

Local event with electronic punching only at start and finish.

Followed instructions for manually creating results file for upload to routegadget.

See here for the actual event - when you try to draw a route manually the auto-highlighting of controls beyond control 1 fails.

This was not the behaviour in an old local copy of RG (1.5.5) which I have installed on a personal webserver using the same files as input - not sure when the regression happened.
