efect not applying when open from browser

When i open the explorer with my browser (arc) by clicking on the file in my arc download popup, it oppens a non-modified explorer Capture d'écran 2024-12-23 184842 But when i open one in my taskbar, it is customized Capture d'écran 2024-12-23 184852 Please help !
