Win11 drop down File menus enabled the strip is not the same opacity or shade.

I have had this for months and all working a treat,

now I have finally gotten drop down file menus working on win11 and i need to make the menu bar same shade as the rest of my explorer window (It is not tabs bar to avoid confusion here, actual File, Edit, View etc... like old school windows) it is still slightly transparent but is in a much lighter shade)

Can I add an extra line to config.ini? If so may I please have some help with this :)

So close now I tried the nrunning both your programmes as suggested all that is left now is figure how to make all my text white as i prefre and new programme is mismatching colours but you can see how i have a nice sheet of transparent green glass going on...so i am closer now
