[Feature request] Windows Vista maximized window effect

In Windows Vista, when maximizing a window, it loses all transparency and essentially becomes black.

Would it be possible to implement toggleable functionality like this?

OldUnglass.exe is a program that was made for Windows 7 and up, but on the newer versions of Windows 10, it has a bug where if a window is fullscreen, and you have another fullscreen window in front of it, the window in the back will turn completely black after minimising the window in front, and you have to disable the program to fix it.
