Large / Inactive windows cause visual bug

Describe the bug

When a window is inactive or a window size is changed from small to large, a visual distortion bug appears in the blur. This seems to happen on all windows that are affected by DWMBlurGlass.

To Reproduce

• Install DWMBlurGlass
• Configure as such: My current settings (seems to happen on different settings as well however)
• Save settings
• Result

Additional context It does appear on all titlebars as well, but is much less noticeable due to the size.
