All DWMBlurrGlass elements are completely transparent until settings are manually changed and saved
Describe the bug Occasionally, all DWMBlurrGlass elements (title bars and file explorer with ExplorerBlurMica) are completely transparent until the DWMBlurrGlass settings are manually changed and saved.
To Reproduce Unfortunately, I have not yet tracked down the root cause of this bug. It does not occur while using the computer or when the desktop background changes. Closing the lid of the laptop and reopening it does not trigger the bug either (windows settings to sleep when lid is closed). ~~I intend to do additional testing to narrow down the cause.~~ Neither restarting the computer nor power cycling it causes the issue. Activating/deactivating energy saver has no effect either.

Additional context This is my current config file, converted to txt for github upload. config.txt
For me, this consistently happened when i do these things (both can trigger the problem):
- Turning transparent effect in 'Settings > Personalization > Colors' off and on again, or
- Unplugging my laptop and then putting it to sleep (I have no idea why)
The other programs I use at the moment are Start11 & ExplorerBlurMica
The same thing stays happening on my pc. Windows Server 2025 (24H2 26100.7462)
