Problems with DWMBlurGlass itself and OpenShell
Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is:
1st problem: Everytime i open or close a program the aeropeek flashes for a second on the screen 2nd problem: OpenShell disables the startmenu aero/transparency, Both of these things dont happen on version 2.2.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1st problem: Open or close a program 2nd problem: Occurs automatically when i install the program

Additional context
If i disable the ''Enable aero reflection effect'' the first problem dissapears, but i also want that effect too, soooooo,,, The same problem occurs on version 2.3.1 beta
