Add an "Open Config File" button to the GUI

Describe the solution you'd like

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Add a button in the Config section of the GUI to open either the folder where the DWMBG config.ini file is located or open the config.ini file directly to make changes easily.

Briefly describe your reasons for wanting to do this.

While most of the configuration options available have been moved to the GUI, there have been past situations where some options were exclusive to the config file. Currently, the option titlebtnOffsetX is exclusive to the config file. Editing options in DWMBG through the config file could be easier than the GUI in certain scenarios. Adding a button to the GUI to open the config file could remove the need to go to Program Files (or wherever DWMBG is) to open the config file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Creating a shortcut to the config file or DWMBG folder somewhere on the desktop or file explorer. It would be more user friendly to remove the extra clutter and step of creating shortcuts by having a button in the GUI.

I'm going to be messing with config files quite a bit, and this would make my life a lot easier 🙏
