To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off transparency in Windows settings
2. Kill dwm,exe process
3. The application will restart with transparency enabled

Additional context There may be a similar problem with the mechanism for disabling transparency when saving energy (there is no way to check)
