More data source support

Restricting to only PostGIS greatly reduces the usability of TinyOWS. Please consider at least implementing OGR. Best would be achieving the status of MapServer.

I would prefer tinyows as simple as it is. PostGIS support seems perfect for WFS-T and other cooperate editing services. WFS-T against a shapefile or via a personal geodatabase ?

A simple solution could be to have a backend for Spatialite, which itself supports OGR external data sources, and is at least a transactional backend.

In any case, this would mean to have support for multi type sources, which is not trivial. Feel free to fund or propose code :-)
