The list of layer don't support more layers with distincts prefixes on POST requests.

Hi,

Tinyows wrong to list the layers when the config.xml has more layers with distinct prefixes.

As example:

this "two layer" config is allowed and correctly reported:

Please Notice that both has the same prefix: "ambitiamministrativi"

INSTEAD if I add a third layer with a different prefix:

TinyOWS give an error.
