Auto Job Loading

Auto jobs are loaded at every start of an instance. I created a job to run daily on my 100+ devices, it took more than 8 minutes to load (it's only one job but it loads it device per device), and during all this time, the MAD web interface was not accessible.

Would it be possible to :

• Load the Web server before loading all those auto jobs.
• Cache auto jobs, so that they don't have to be reloaded every time the instance is restarted.
