Spawn Statistics page time in chart is wrong.

When viewing the Spawn Statistics page, the chart displays pokemon/hour however it displays the time wrong. I'm in -4 GMT time zone and at 6AM here the chart displays it as 2AM. I'm not sure where the error lies. My database is on UTC time, however my instance with MAD is set to my time zone. The time on the global stats charts displays correctly.
