MADmin map might be a CPU hog
I've been experiencing really high CPU usage from MAD (aece8b1) and mySQL on Netcup VPS during the last days using htop. At first i thought it was a VPS or db issue but after updating, clearing, truncating and optimizing i discovered that i can have MADmin/status page in one tab, and it runs "normally". Then open MADmin/map in a new tab, and the CPU skyrockets. I removed all objects from the map, showing only the ground and it's pretty zoomed in. I close the MAP tab and the CPU drops slowly after handling the backlog.
I can repeat the above as many times i want.
I believe this is the same as #681
I can confirm this is still an issue, and i can recreate it every time;
Opening a madmin MAP with no objects selected on the map will cause a slow but significant buildup in CPU load on a VPS (4 core Netcup). The load buildup will stop and get removed almost instantly after closing the madmin map. I think lower end systems might have a real struggle with this, but i don't know what it's calculating.
Looks like there's an actual bug that causes all spawn points to be loaded eventhough they deactivated + they're loaded every time no matter on the view scope.
