Live Updates Mocked

I vibed Android Live Updates support. This definitely isn't production ready but works in tests (there's UI mock test added to settings too). Hope this brings Live Updates on Android closer to being production ready!

I'm quite busy at the moment IRL and trying to fix a few things in the app, but I'll see when I can try it out.
