Reset Windows Update Tool did not resolve my Windows 10 Update Problem

I have a problem with Windows 10 not updating on my hp laptop. I tried numerous solutions but none have worked, including this tool. One purpose of posting this is to provide feedback. In the options I chose the English language then option 2. Please see attached information. I welcome any solutions to solving this problem please.

I recommend running this tool in safe mode https://github.com/ManuelGil/Reset-Windows-Update-Tool/wiki/Reset-Components#the-windows-update-service-could-not-be-stopped. In case your issue continues, consider an in-place upgrade

Best tool since sliced bread. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, I have been fighting WU all year. I have seen the same answers to the WU errors over and over. Who knew the MS Store was being tightly coupled to updates. I missed that meeting or memo... Wondering thru all the two year old threads. Option 2 hangs in the rights change sometimes but it still worked. Way back in win 10 I deleted the store to keep end users out (of everything possible. That worked great then WU started to degrade. It's my hardware, my OS build not MS. What a bunch of useless insecure bloat. Again. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,
