[16/07/2021]: [OS not compliant with this tool]

Describe the bug After installing and choosing my favourite language (italian for me) I read some errors scrolling and then the program stops telling the current OS (Win 10 pro updated) is not compliant with installation

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download and install wureset11009_setup_winx64.exe
2. Once installed launch the program with administrator privilegies
3. Choose your language (italian for me)
4. wait for the error

Expected behavior Tool menu to appear

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. iOS]
• Version [e.g. 22]

Additional context It happened after trying to upgrade the tool version

Please try running the script version of this tool (ResetWUEng.zip) to fix your issue while I check for the error.

If the problem also occurs with the script version, please contact me to send you an unrestricted version so that you can use it.

For me it is important that you can solve any problem you have with your system.
