Add support to Ubuntu

I am using elementary icon + elementary plus with Ubuntu 16.04. every thing looks great instead of status/indicator icons.

Could you please add these icons of elementary os in elementary plus as well. Then it can be used on ubuntu.

I think you should use elementary-xfce, which already is used in Xubuntu, combined with elementaryPlus.
