Need new adaptations Elementary Loki .

Now the icons are darkened by default when a light background is applied.

Also, since PPAs are disabled by default in Loki, a new installation method should be used. Although this can be hard, because there's not another good option.

But icons are priority.

PPAs are not disabled, they are just not encouraged nor installed by default. All you should do is: sudo apt install software-properties-common python-software-properties and don't forget to sudo update before you can use add-apt-repository

Sure thing, I'm not in favour of such policy, but I don't agree that enable it

can be hard, because there's not another good option.

It's like saying that the Firefox browser is disabled. All you need is install it.
