Skype for Linux Alpha (2016) panel icon doesnt work

@rhoconlinux The new skype is using Electron, elementaryPlus does not implement yet a way to fix those kind of apps...

It's a problem with electron that can be tracked here https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/5050

Can be worked around by launching with the environment set to Unity env XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=Unity /usr/bin/skypeforlinux

Note that there seem to be two separate issues discussed here.

1. elementaryPlus doesn't have a way to replace electron app icons, and
2. Electron apps don't show up in WingPanel at all due to the bug mentioned.

The electron issue has been resolved (and downstream apps now need to update their core electron version), however even with that fix in place, elementaryPlus still needs a new method for being able to replace icons from Electron apps.

Hardcode-Tray handles this by physically replacing the icons within the app.asar file upon installation. This is a destructive process though, and backups would need to be made to ever be able to restore the original icons. Additionally, super user access would be needed even though elementaryPlus normally runs without root permissions.

I don't know if there's a better way, though--that seems like so far the only way to replace Electron indicator icons.

@bmcclure Just to let you know that Hardcode-Tray backup all the files modified by the script in order to revert the modifications later.
