Well we can always provide an icon and then people have to change to .desktop file themself (easiest is to copy the desktop file to ~/.local/share/applications and edit it there without root).

It`s still be Firefox icon on the dock, anyone knows how to fix it ?

Had a crack at converting the icon included with tor-browser to svg.
