How to generate matadata for Alphastats ( in Jupyter notebooks)

Could you please suggest how best to generate the matadata file for example from the proteinGroups file generated in MaxQuant or is there any other output of MaxQuant that can be used as the matadata file?

Hi,

on the "Import" page, after uploading your proteinGroups file, there's a button "Download metadata template as Excel" which gives you the desired template. Just add any columns you wish.
