Currently, the GitHub repository is quite large (> 100 MB). This is mostly because of third-party modules such as the Bruker Feature Finder. It would be beneficial to be able to have a lightweight version and download the additional features on-demand. Maybe we could link to the extra files and then download them. The one-click installer should have all modules anyhow.

AlphaMap had similar issues. Not sure if this is discussed by now, but probably @ibludau and I could be of some assistence to pack it up somewhat more modular and provide downloads of third-party modules (automatic or on demand) in a conventient way.
